Foundations for today focused on Back Squats!
Our athletes spent time working on their 5x5 back squats, increasing weight in each set. The final goal was to do the 5th set at 110% of your previous 5 rep max weight!
Proper technique for all squatting movements is really is key! Making sure the hips drop below parallel (lower than the top of the knee) every time will insure full range of motion. That's right, our athletes get low, they drop it like it's hot and they love it.
